Scope of Commercial Logistics
Nova Beverage Systems Inc. distributes commercial-grade kitchen infrastructure, industrial beverage equipment, and water-filtration systems. Because our catalog items consist of high-weight, high-value technical assets, all product shipments are dispatched factory-direct from our domestic tier-1 manufacturer warehousing nodes to optimize handling security and minimize transit timelines. We provide comprehensive logistical routing across all Canadian provinces and territories.
Section 2
Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Logistical Handling Window: Standard catalog configurations undergo rigorous factory testing, palletization, and securing within heavy wooden crates or protective skids. Orders are typically processed, verified against manufacturer inventory mainframes, and prepared for carrier pickup within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday.
Transit Delivery Windows: Once dispatched from the direct manufacturer warehouse terminal, estimated transit times vary based on regional proximity:
- Western Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan): 2 to 5 business days.
- Central & Eastern Canada (Ontario, Quebec, Maritimes): 4 to 8 business days.
- Northern Territories & Remote Access Zones: 7 to 12 business days.
Note: Delivery dates are carefully calculated logistics estimates. Nova Beverage Systems Inc. is not liable for structural field downtime resulting from LTL transit adjustments or external weather constraints.
Section 3
Shipping Fee Framework & GMC Transparency
To ensure absolute compliance with Google Merchant Center transparency protocols, our freight matrix is transparently structured around order values, weights, and specialized logistical configurations:
- Standard Commercial Delivery: We offer flat-rate or complimentary standard curbside dock delivery across major Canadian commercial hubs for eligible tier configurations, which will be explicitly highlighted at your checkout window or itemized within your formal PDF Request For Quote (RFQ) breakdown.
- Freight Exceptions & Remote Access Surcharges: Due to significant long-haul transit complexities, deliveries routed to remote communities, island locations, or Northern Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut) are subject to localized carrier freight surcharges. These fees are dynamically verified by our logistics desk before transport clearance.
Section 4
Heavy Freight (LTL) Transport Protocols — Crucial Buyer Instructions
All large-scale beverage networks, multi-group espresso machines, and refrigeration lines are securely tendered to premium commercial Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers.
- Standard Curbside Freight Delivery: Standard delivery consists strictly of "Curbside Delivery" to a business establishment or job site. The freight carrier will back their transport vehicle up to your loading dock or drop the crated asset at your property line.
- Accessorial Logistics Requirements (Liftgate & Inside Delivery): If your delivery location lacks an elevated loading dock or an on-site forklift, a hydraulic truck liftgate service is strictly mandatory to safely lower the heavy crate to ground level. Commercial clients can specify their destination requirements on our optimized RFQ form. Surcharges for specialized delivery equipment (liftgate additions, residential zoning access, or inside delivery handovers) will be clearly noted as separate line items on your procurement invoice.
Section 5
Strict Freight Inspection & Transit Damage Protocol
The commercial buyer or receiving contractor assumes total legal responsibility for auditing the external and internal material integrity of the shipment BEFORE signing the transport carrier's Proof of Delivery (POD) or Bill of Lading (BOL).
Please instruct your on-site receiving staff to execute this exact verification loop:
- Examine the Packaging: Inspect the wooden crate, pallet, straps, and shrink wrap for any visual signs of puncture, drops, crushing, or shifting during transit.
- Note Discrepancies on the Paperwork: If any box deformity or structural hardware indentation is spotted, you MUST write "Crate Damaged Upon Arrival" directly onto the driver's physical or digital POD slip before allowing them to leave the terminal site.
- Notify Our Desk Within 24 Hours: Report any shipping transit damage or component discrepancies to our operations desk within 24 hours at info@novabev.ca, attaching high-resolution digital photographs of both the external crating and internal hardware.
Important Legal Note: Signing a carrier's POD without explicitly noting structural transit damage legally indicates that the asset was received in pristine condition. This releases the carrier from liability and prevents us from executing an insurance claim on your behalf, leaving your corporate entity responsible for any hardware restoration costs.
Section 6
Order Tracking Mainframe
The exact minute your crated equipment is scanned onto the LTL carrier's transport vehicle, an automated notification will be broadcast from our sales mainframe straight to your corporate email, containing your direct tracking numbers and carrier contact details. This allows your operations managers to precisely align with localized utility contractors for seamless field installation.
Section 7
Shipping Restraints & Exclusions
- P.O. Boxes: We are strictly unable to route heavy LTL commercial freight to P.O. Boxes or localized parcel lockers. A complete, valid physical street address is required.
- International Export Boundaries: We currently focus our core logistical framework exclusively on facilitating direct deliveries across the Canadian domestic landscape.
